Work Party 10 April 2016

Range

The work party got quite a bit done on the range to get it ready for the open shoot.:

• Cleared leaves from firing point (Elaine Kettle)
• Trimmed more of the trees down the lefthand side of the range (Andy Meyers, Jim Howard)
• Cleared ditches (Malcolm Brain)
• Burnt all the trimmings (blokes!).

So quite a useful work party. Thanks everyone.

Electrics

Fixed the new instant water heaters in the toilets (Mike Kettle). Not really part of the replacement lighting but it seemed a good idea in the depths of winter when we were washing our hands in cold water.

Post Party

Plumbed in the new water heaters (Graham Rowcroft).

Ongoing / future tasks are:

1. Ladies toilet.
   1. Install disabled compliant fittings - DONE thanks Graham Rowcroft.
   2. Sand and decorate - DONE thanks Graham Rowcroft.
   3. Connect up Alarm and water heater.
2. Chimney. Recent visits to the loft as part of the electrical works has shown that this is in need of repair as water is getting in around the flashing and through the brickwork itself. Anybody know a builder?
3. Drainage behind 50m. Small ditch needs digging out as the area is very wet and we keep having to rescue the man that cuts the grass for us.
4. Paint / Decorate:
   1. Stats office.
   2. Stairs
   3. Firing point.
   4. Armoury.
   5. Airgun range.
   6. Indoor range
   7. club room.
5. Connect up water heater in gents toilet.
6. Anything else you can think off.

HMmm... Looks like we could do with another work party! Any volunteers?
