NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP, BISLEY 2019

East Grinstead members Andy Meyers, Tim Green, David White, Malcolm Brain, Linda Smallbone, Sara Marshall, Charles White, and Jim Howard travelled up to Bisley for the 2019 National Championship meeting.

If I've managed to trawl through the 151 pages of results on the NSRA website correctly the following is a list of their achievements at the meeting. If I’ve missed anyone or any results, let me know and I’ll update it.

EGTSC once again had an excellent turnout for the British National Meeting on the outdoor ranges at Bisley. Five members shot for the whole of the week, one shot for the first weekend, plus 3 more for the last Saturday, when the East Grinstead club team represented Sussex County in the Astor competition.

Members compete at Bisley

Malcolm Brain and Andy Meyers attended the National Meeting organised by the NSRA at Bisley from 10th – 18th August 2013 with considerable success for both shooters. Malcolm won the NSRA Eley Class A final by a clear 5 points and achieved joint top score in the X Class weekend aggregate (1,174/1,200) but unfortunately was placed second on count back! He achieved one first, one second & two third places in the constituent competitions.
